The experience was absolutely fantastic! Mike and the crew were very helpful and took their time to find the right doors and windows four Villa Park home. We replaced 7 windows and 2 large doors. They were installed on time by very clean professional installers. We are very happy with the whole experience!!!

Absolutely the best experience from start to finish!! We listened to three other window companies and nobody came even close to our Window World of OC experience. The sales rep Anthony was down to earth and extremely helpful answering all our product/design questions; Yola is the perfect voice for the company, she was so kind and helpful accommodating my busy schedule with scheduling ensuring a perfect project/financial coordination. The Install team led by Ernesto truly showed their skill with installing 11 windows and 2 sliding doors in 2 days to include framing the doors with new interior molding which was greatly appreciated!
Hands down best home project experience so far for the cost, quality product and purchase experience!!
Thank you to the Window World team!!!

The Patio slider we ordered came out perfect. It was exactly what we wanted. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, they did a fantastic job with the installation and protected all the surrounding furniture. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Window World for type of window or door projects you might have.

We had Window World replace and install 7 El & El doors and one large Milgard window. The service was measured, ordered, delivered and installed on a timely and professional basis. The doors themselves are exactly as described and displayed in their showroom. We felt we got a very good value for the money. We are very happy with the installation and would recommend Window World to anyone!

I recently hired Window World to install windows at my apartment building. The entire process was easy and seamless. Working with staff was great...The person who I want to point out who provided me the most assistance was Yolla. Yolla was super responsive and always willing to assist.

The crew arrived early ready to go to work and got right to it. Protecting our floors and work areas before removing our OLD! windows and prepping the openings for the new 11 windows. Took care of some minor caulking issues without any problem. And cleaned up very well in about 4 hours. Hauled away all debris. Thank you to Victor Z, Irving, Angel, Vidal, Andrew Z. DOUG and CHRISTI

I've had Window World of Orange County windows in my home for about 15 years now, and recently three of the glass panes started to fog up. I contacted Window World and Yolla called me back right away. She had me send pictures of the window tags, took care of ordering the replacement glass, and kept me updated throughout the process.
Scheduling was a little difficult because of my family's summer schedule, but Yolla was incredibly flexible and worked with us to find a time that fit. She got her crew out this past Friday, and they were great. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. The new glass looks amazing.
It's easy to be happy with a company when something is brand new, but having them stand behind their windows and take care of me roughly 15 years later says a lot. Great service from Yolla and the entire Window World team. Very happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend them.

Bought our windows from Window World a few years back one day last month or so I noticed that one of the windows had a crack in it on the inside. I called Yolla from Window World and she worked with me to identify the size of the window from the original paperwork and invoice, she ordered the window. they came out and installed the window honoring the lifelong warranty on the windows. Excellent service.
